Grünenfelder had a fantastic opportunity to put Leytron up another goal 34 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Leytron's E. Grünenfelder somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for D. Kowalski, who struck for 4 - 0. With 41 minutes played, Leytron put themselves up 5 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to K. Czapnik, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. It was 5 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Leytron, with 77 percent of the ball.

With 53 minutes played, Leytron's K. Czapnik almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. Leytron's J. Benintende struck his penalty well enough to beat the goalkeeper and extend the home team's lead to 6 - 0 after 58 minutes. J. Benintende increased Leytron's lead to 7 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. This third goal completed a hattrick for J. Benintende. P. Spirig of Gustav received a yellow card after 61 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Cheers filled the stadium as K. Czapnik broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 8 - 0 to Leytron. At that, K. Czapnik was noted down for a hat trick! 80 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as E. Grünenfelder broke through, making the score 9 - 0 for Leytron. Leytron enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 78 percent of possession.

Leytron's best player was D. Kowalski. However, V. Ristić made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Gustav player was without a doubt S. Rothschild. H. Wideröe on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 9 - 0.
