Fastenaekels towards his own keeper almost caused a goal for Disney, but R. Nion didn't get the finish right. Some fine movement on the left led to a Mosa goal after 42 minutes, making it 1 - 3. J. Bríto was noted down as the scorer. 1 - 3 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Mosa, with 52 percent of the ball.

After 70 minutes, Mosa's J. Bríto burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 1 - 4. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile T. Pikki. The home crowd cheered when, after 79 minutes, J. Bríto's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. A foul called during a Disney counterattack resulted in a great chance to score, but A. Rodwell's shot rattled off the post. Disney's S. Jyrkinen left the field after 85 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was A. Siitonen. The Disney captaincy was handed to A.
