Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 45865 to

G. Miraç came close to extending the lead 24 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but
I. Dukarič managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop.
E. Moscardelli almost seemed to dance around
E. Braconi, his movements were so smooth. Unfortunately for Nekalan, his finish ended up on the wrong side of the post.
Cheers filled the stadium as
C. Asta broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to Nekalan.
The referee showed roska's
A. Nideroest the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
36 minutes into the match, roska replied and reduced the lead to 2 - 1.
C. Mathiasen scored on a marvellous cross pass coming in from the left.
The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 1.
Nekalan enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 58 percent of possession.
A free kick just outside of the visitors' penalty area after 81 minutes could have resulted in another goal, but
I. Dukarič got a hand out and tipped the ball over the bar.
After 82 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by
E. Moscardelli might have resulted in another goal for Nekalan. However,
I. Dukarič made a spectacular save.
roska showed their counterattack skill 83 minutes into the match by breaking through the middle, with
A. Nideroest scoring uncontested for 2 - 2.
After some beautiful movement down the left wing,
E. Moscardelli scored for Nekalan putting them ahead 3 - 2, after 84 minutes.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Nekalan, with 60 percent of the ball.
Nekalan's best player was
V. Kemppainen.
C. Asta turned in a dismal performance, however.
C. Mathiasen performed admirably for roska.
I. Dukarič was a disappointment, however.
