Sunesson's shot from the left 15 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. 24 minutes into the game, Jeppis worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. A penalty was awarded after 36 minutes, and F. Ştefan made the most of his chance to put Jeppis up by another goal. 0 - 2 for the visitors. Attacking on the wings was the choice for Jeppis, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, H. Haaksiluoto would have put Jeppis up another goal 37 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Jeppis had most of the ball, with 65 percent of possession.

The Jeppis players could smell victory in the air. K. Sunesson wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for B. Schurz after 46 minutes. Jeppis increased their lead after 55 minutes when B. Schurz broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 3, much to the home crowd's dismay. After 69 minutes, Lukkorauma's F. Panzarino fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! L. Alikirri wanted to play on, but the Jeppis coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 70 minutes into the game by N. Jaskara. After 71 minutes of game time, F. Ştefan had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but M. Rohner was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. 72 minutes in, Jeppis's F. Reilly received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. After 73 minutes, Jeppis's H. Haaksiluoto burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 4. The players of Jeppis now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. With 79 minutes gone, W. Daniewski suddenly found himself completely free on the right wing when a counterattack by Lukkorauma caught their opponents by surprise. Only a great save by the opposing keeper prevented him from scoring. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Jeppis, with 65 percent of the ball.

J. Nokikuru performed admirably for Lukkorauma. T. Turve turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Jeppis player was H. Haaksiluoto. F. Reilly was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 4.
