GooTeePee clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could. After a fine move down the middle J. Linturi nearly gave the home side a goal after 2 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. With 3 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as E. Bockelberg flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. A. Zamperetti's lack of experience almost gave RollenPS a goal after 11 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. GooTeePee solidified their lead at the 14 minute mark, as M. Nurmiranta dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. J. Viholainen increased the lead for GooTeePee to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! The players of GooTeePee now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. After 29 minutes, J. Viholainen put GooTeePee ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. 4 - 0 was the halftime score. GooTeePee claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 83 percent.

After 48 minutes GooTeePee's K. Mpasinas limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. GooTeePee increased the lead as M. Nurmiranta struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave V. Tegstedt from GooTeePee a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 61 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A loud groan was heard from the fans of RollenPS, as A. Sojakka left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. M. Kesäläinen took his place on the field. GooTeePee's M. Niininen swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Cheers filled the stadium as E. Bockelberg broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to GooTeePee. E. Bockelberg increased GooTeePee's lead to 7 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. This third goal completed a hattrick for E. Bockelberg. The referee showed RollenPS's A. Brotherus the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. GooTeePee enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 84 percent of possession.

GooTeePee's best player was E. Bockelberg. T. Hytti on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating RollenPS player was without a doubt A. Brotherus. However, O. Ojaniemi made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 7 - 0.
