Jyväskylä played a good counterattacking move down the left 32 minutes into the match, with K. Pötsönen
finishing well for 1 - 0.
made a good effort at breaking through on the right, but the home team's left defence cleared the ball to a corner.
's speed was clear to see after 35 minutes, as he darted down the wing and released J. Reimari
who placed the ball into the back of the net to make the score 1 - 1.
gave Jyväskylä the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 2 - 1

a good look at the goal, but his shot glanced harmlessly off the crossbar.
70 minutes into the game, NorPS's attack got through on the right, but M. Stepanoff
couldn't handle the ball and his feeble kick wound up in the keeper's arms.
The crowd roared its approval when J. Paakkunainen
somehow managed to block a shot which seemed to be a certain goal by NorPS's J. Reimari

Jyväskylä enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.
Jyväskylä's top performer was clearly S. Uura
turned in a dismal performance, however.
Most important NorPS player was M. Stepanoff
was a disappointment, however.
