Foltyn, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. K. Dutartre could have put Chaufour up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 36 minutes. Fanatik's B. Nogaj got himself booked for a foul. E. Zaykin's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Chaufour, he bravely continued in the match. Fanatik had a chance to level the score as I. Zbarskiy suddenly found himself free in the middle of the box with only the keeper to beat, but he misjudged the finish, and only managed to hit the bar. Chaufour managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when K. Dutartre cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. By now, the players in Chaufour felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. E. Zaykin of Chaufour was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. It was 2 - 0 at the break. Chaufour had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.

With 62 minutes played, Chaufour put themselves up 3 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to M. Cuny, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Ater 71 minutes S. Houpert seized on an opportunistic attack from the right, and scored for Fanatik making it 3 - 1. A well placed corner kick from P. Foltyn was followed by L. Seeckt's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Chaufour, the score now 4 - 1. Chaufour increased the lead as P. Foltyn struck to make the score 5 - 1 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Coming from the right, E. Zaykin almost managed to score another goal for Chaufour, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. Chaufour claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 55 percent.

The most dominating Chaufour player was without a doubt A. Nacci. L. D'Odorico turned in a dismal performance, however. S. Hérault performed admirably for Fanatik. A. Cagliostro was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 - 1.
