A late sliding challenge from G. Borst was deemed to be his second yellow card offence by the referee, resulting in him being sent off, and l'OB left a man down. M. Zalavári made one of his many fine passes from the wing into the middle 80 minutes into the match. Y. Koev bravely attempted to execute a diving header and the ball was met firmly with his forehead for l'OB. 6 - 1. After this, you could see that the players of l'OB were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. With 81 minutes played, l'OB's Y. Koev almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. l'OB's Z. Śliwiak swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. l'OB's Y. Koev was shown a yellow card after 86 minutes for slicing down an opponent. l'OB put themselves up 7 - 1 when F. Barros broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. This third goal completed a hattrick for F. Barros. This part of the game was a standoff between the teams in terms of possession.
