Leblanc burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 2. Against a lesser team, grokus could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 27 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. With the scoreboard showing that 32 minutes had been played, grokus nearly put themselves up another goal after H. Jason came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. The visitors' H. Jason took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 35 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for grokus. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 3. grokus claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 73 percent.

S. Leblanc received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 59 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The grokus fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. A well placed corner kick from S. Gillard was followed by D. Deslandes's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for grokus, the score now 0 - 5. At this point, it was obvious that the players of grokus lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. With 63 minutes played, D. Deslandes nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. After 76 minutes Pariiiis tried to exploit their counterattacking skills, unfortunately, P. Zimmer's shot sailed wide after his break down the right. 78 minutes in, grokus's C. Canelas received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Pariiiis, as H. Zaaleni left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. S. Guillard took his place on the field. 80 minutes into the match, S. Gillard came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. The referee showed grokus's S. Leblanc the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Possession in this half belonged to grokus, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.

Pariiiis's top performer was clearly I. Élissalde. A. Lascombe turned in a dismal performance, however. grokus's best player was M. Ullrich. However, S. Forestan made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 5.
