Tubaroes's S. Metelo was shown a yellow card after 70 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Portogal scored another to make it 4 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for D. Leu after 77 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave B. Nunes from Tubaroes a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 78 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! There was concern in the stands when, at the 82 minute mark, Tubaroes's A. Murcia hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. F. Silvino could have put Portogal up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 84 minutes. Portogal claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 59 percent.

Most important Portogal player was J. Gherrini. D. Leu turned in a dismal performance, however. R. Forgan performed admirably for Tubaroes. J. Vilariça was a disappointment, however. The match ends 4 - 0.
