Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Emplastros S.A. Arena saw a crowd turnout of 28430. Vornanen could have increased the lead after 67 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 79 minutes, Emplastros did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, S. Soutschek was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 2 - 0. Given a free kick close to the byline, Metralhas tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let J. Brereton slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 2 - 1, 80 minutes into the game. Emplastros had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

K. van Schalen performed admirably for Emplastros. On the other hand, N. Vanheusden's play was disheartening. The most dominating Metralhas player was without a doubt R. Bubat. V. Condeixa on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 1.
