The crowd of 15326 turning up at Arena s.c.barreiro today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain. Siep Beelen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Magnus Heiberg and Pim Kruijs. A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for S.C.BARREIROS. Pettersson of S.C.BARREIROS was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, J. Aragon got himself booked. The manager of S.C.BARREIROS was not happy. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. J. Aragon squirmed through their central defence after 35 minutes, increasing the lead to 2 - 0. Cheers filled the stadium as P. Kohárszky broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to S.C.BARREIROS. After this, you could see that the players of S.C.BARREIROS were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. M. Giovine's curling free kick almost found the goal for S.C.BARREIROS, but the visitors' keeper somehow managed to get ahold of it. Halftime score was 3 - 0. S.C.BARREIROS enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

Filipus's right side looked dangerous after 67 minutes, as U. Fredling broke through. S. Sánchez continued to stifle them, however, as he made the save look easy. Filipus reduced the lead after 70 minutes to 3 - 1 as U. Fredling easily chipped the ball past the home side's keeper after a dazzling play from the right. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

S.C.BARREIROS's best player was J. Aragon. However, S. Sánchez made a disastrous appearance. E. Mendes performed admirably for Filipus. On the other hand, A. Pageot's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 1.
