Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 44787 to NEST. Orell Gossiaux was the appointed referee. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Jackals, as F. Dárday left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. K. Fassold took his place on the field. H. Balbi could have increased the lead after 19 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Undaunted, Jackals managed to tie it all up after 20 minutes, with Á. Puertas's lucky free kick. The score was 1 - 1. An accurate cross from T. Månsson of yumcha was met with a wonderful glancing header from R. Renz, hitting the inside base of the post before nestling into the back of the net for 2 - 1. Things were deteriorating for the away team as yumcha scored another to make it 3 - 1 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for H. Balbi after 39 minutes. By now, the players in yumcha felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. H. Fulci could have put yumcha up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 41 minutes. Halftime score was 3 - 1. yumcha enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

Things were going to get worse for the visitors. H. Al-Aziz squirmed through their central defence after 50 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 1. T. Månsson of yumcha got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. With 56 minutes gone, Jackals had a free kick in a decent position. Despite this being a great chance for a shot, they tried a cheeky move intended to bypass the defence. However, G. Lüthi did not manage to connect with it cleanly and the ball went out. After 63 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by H. Al-Aziz might have resulted in another goal for yumcha. However, F. Bakin made a spectacular save. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Jackals, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Jackals, with 53 percent of the ball.

Most important yumcha player was H. Al-Aziz. E. Duguid turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Jackals player was without a doubt J. Gaurinskas. A. Öniz on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
