15-07-2012 08.30
The crowd of 12000 turning up at
Old Khimik today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain.
Christian Tepa was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Jean-Bertrand De Groote and
Tahnoon Yaslam.
All of
Moscow was shut down for the day, as fans of both clubs came to the derby.
A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Shramchester.
The following players took the field: Arinushkin - Osokin, Shlyk, Lashin, Vygovskiy - Belavkin, Skrāpis, Chipurin, Zaštofs - Rogozin, Apatenko.
Tchurbany tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
Lineup: Lipp - Pakkanen, Labunskiy, Skomorovskiy, Sudarev - Troyanskiy, Karepov, Mishakov, Kucherenkov - Zabrodin, Oborotov.
Tchurbany's
K. Labunskiy gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead after 2 minutes with a superb strike from the right.
J. Zaštofs sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from
S. Osokin after 7 minutes of play, making the score 1 - 1.
The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of Tchurbany's
M. Oborotov after 10 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 1 - 2 lead.
V. Troyanskiy increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 1 - 3.
After this, you could see that the players of Tchurbany were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.
Shramchester's
O. Chipurin found himself alone on the left side 25 minutes into the match and laid down a perfect shot - right into the arms of the keeper!
1 - 3 was the halftime score.
Tchurbany enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 56 percent of possession.
The visiting supporters hurled a torrent of abuse at the referee when a questionable free kick after 64 minutes led to a goal for
S. Osokin, who scored to make it 2 - 3.
Shramchester's
J. Zaštofs's long shot really ought to have found the net 67 minutes into the match, but it fell just wide of the target.
Thighs bulging,
R. Rogozin charged past the weaker players, seemingly oblivious to the rain.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Tchurbany, with 52 percent of the ball.
N. Apatenko performed admirably for Shramchester.
However,
V. Shlyk made a disastrous appearance.
The most dominating Tchurbany player was without a doubt
V. Troyanskiy.
On the other hand,
M. Lipp's play was disheartening.
The match ends 2 - 3.
