Ex broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Coming from the right, B. van Akkeren almost managed to score another goal for fcw, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. fcw claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

fcw solidified their lead at the 57 minute mark, as B. van Akkeren dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 0. After this, you could see that the players of fcw were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. After 61 minutes, PLE switched T. Gundersen with B. Arthur, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The home side's B. Ex came close to extending the lead 74 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but G. Chipambere managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. R. Hägerskog increased the lead for fcw to 5 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Cheers filled the stadium as A. Boutry broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to fcw. 86 minutes into the game, E. Birnisson had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came L. Mandela. 87 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as R. Siré broke through, making the score 7 - 0 for fcw. fcw enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 61 percent of possession.

Most important fcw player was R. Hägerskog. On the other hand, E. Rothhardt's play was disheartening. PLE's best player was W. Tappenden. G. Chipambere turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 7 - 0.
