Dark skies made the crowd of 45724 at
Camp Nou a little nervous, but the rain held off.
Antonio De la Mota was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Aquilino Dávila and
Alfredo Spinozzi.
Sharachki decided to use a 3-4-3 set up.
They fielded: Réa - Ganci, Konieczek, Walezy - Perret, Staszak, Krzewski, Tannoia - Resende, Albrighi, Trębiński.
Inter started off with a 2-5-3 lineup.
Lineup: Lista - Kużdżał, Pawlonka - Stocker, Tohmo, Lemire, Dasiewicz, Nazareno - Refalo, Griesenbeck, Jemec.

L. Griesenbeck to score for Inter. The scoreboard now read 0 - 1.
With 18 minutes played,
L. Griesenbeck of Inter fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving.
Some fine passing in the middle of the pitch, carving open the away defence, should have led to a goal for Sharachki, but
G. Albrighi's shot went over the bar.

R. Refalo the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
A drive down the left side allowed
J. Kużdżał to get in close and score another goal for Inter after 31 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 2.
By now, the players in Inter felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.

J. Réa but overcooked it and hit the bar instead.
1 - 3 was the halftime score.
Inter had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.
Still trailing on the score board, Sharachki adjusted their tactics after 46 minutes.

Y. Tannoia.
Sharachki's fans were urging them forward as they tried to get back into the game, and their vocal support was rewarded 66 minutes into the match as

With 72 minutes played, the Sharachki coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around.
D. Brygała came on,
M. Krzewski had to leave the fray.

L. Ganci made way for
A. Popielarski.
After 75 minutes,
A. Popielarski made a dash down the middle past the away team's defenders to score the goal that made it 3 - 3.
Unsportsmanlike behaviour by
L. Griesenbeck rendered him his second booking of the match, and Inter had to finish the game with a reduced squad.
D. Brygała acted foolishly after 80 minutes, giving the ball up to Inter's
N. Jemec who had no trouble finding the back of the net. 3 - 4.
The crowd roared in delight as
J. Trębiński finished off a spectacular series of passes through the middle to even the score for Sharachki 85 minutes into the match. 4 - 4.
