After 11 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for B. Bergmann who increased Macayee's lead to 0 - 2. After 15 minutes, Macayee's N. Angiozzi fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! After a savage shot that could only be parried by the keeper, L. Ibargüén demonstrated his experience by being in just the right place to slot home the rebound. His goal for Macayee 22 minutes into the match made the score 0 - 3. With 29 minutes played, A. Szałowski of Gorzewnica fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. With 30 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed R. Zitnik of Macayee to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 4. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Macayee lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 32 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 5 as G. Holban finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Some fine movement on the left led to a Macayee goal after 34 minutes, making it 0 - 6. L. Ibargüén was noted down as the scorer. It was 0 - 6 at the break. Macayee enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 89 percent of possession.

The Macayee free kick 51 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of B. Bergmann, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 0 - 7! The referee showed Gorzewnica's A. Każuro the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. C. Indlekofer sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from E. Durand after 66 minutes of play, making the score 0 - 8. Macayee increased their lead after 72 minutes when C. Indlekofer broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 9, much to the home crowd's dismay. With 79 minutes played, Macayee's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to B. Bergmann he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 0 - 10. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for B. Bergmann. After 80 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed C. Indlekofer to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 11. This third goal completed a hattrick for C. Indlekofer. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Macayee's R. Zitnik somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for L. Ibargüén, who struck for 0 - 12. That made three goals for L. Ibargüén and he was marked down for the hat trick. After 87 minutes, Macayee's G. Holban burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 13. Macayee claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 91 percent.

Gorzewnica's best player was B. Bajek. K. Madetko was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Macayee player was without a doubt L. Ibargüén. On the other hand, B. Buron's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 13.
