It had rained all day, but 25852 hardy fans still made it out to
MTWH ARENA.
Even Merkesdal was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Rui Almeida and

Everyone was excited about the upcoming
Małopolskie derby and the crowd was divided evenly.
Debeściaki had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation.

A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Bronowianka.

It was an obvious ambition of Debeściaki to use their ability at attacking on the flanks.
Bronowianka seemed to prefer attacking in the middle.
The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but
S. Vicente Collado showed great heart and had a good game.
Players in Debeściaki heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead.

W. Janukowicz scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0!
The visitors were awarded a penalty by the referee 28 minutes into the match, much to the anger of the home crowd.

N. Bauer did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch.
Attacking on the wings was the choice for Debeściaki, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack.
With 40 minutes played, Debeściaki put themselves up 3 - 1 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to
S. Vicente Collado, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home.
3 - 1 was the score after the first half.
Debeściaki had most of the ball, with 59 percent of possession.
Debeściaki had a magnificent opportunity after 75 minutes as
S. Vicente Collado hit the ball hard from the edge of the penalty box. However, the shot went wide.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,

E. Teles showed off his trademark ability to do the unexpected with a tricky pass after 81 minutes. Unfortunately,
W. Janukowicz was startled by the play and wasn't able to control the finish.
V. Gonchar increased Debeściaki's lead to 4 - 1 with a penalty spot cannonball.
Confident in their lead, Debeściaki's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it.
Debeściaki enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 61 percent of possession.
The most dominating Debeściaki player was without a doubt

W. Janukowicz was a disappointment, however.
N. Gros performed admirably for Bronowianka.
D. Testas turned in a dismal performance, however.
