The guests almost went up by a goal after 25 minutes when D. Krobski came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. At 29 minutes played, E. Kocijan came in from the right with the intention of giving Champion_84 the lead, but his rocket of a shot rattled the crossbar. MARCELINIO took the lead after 33 minutes making the score 0 - 1. D. Odrobiński placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. A well placed corner kick from W. Wilkanowski was followed by J. Italiaander's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for MARCELINIO, the score now 0 - 2. The players of MARCELINIO now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. 0 - 2 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Champion_84, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

Had it not been for one of the home defenders, W. Zawada would have put MARCELINIO up another goal 49 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. The referee showed Champion_84's H. Duyn the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The home side worked hard to get through the middle and as a result, had a good chance of getting one back as J. Wellens tried lifting the ball over keeper M. Gost. Unfortunately, the ball went just over the bar. K. Maruszczyk spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch. J. Wellens almost reduced the deficit, having drawn the entire left side defence away, but the shot went straight into the arms of the goalkeeper. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Champion_84, with 51 percent of the ball.

Champion_84's top performer was clearly A. Lang. R. Przybylski turned in a dismal performance, however. D. Piomenos performed admirably for MARCELINIO. However, D. Odrobiński made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 2.
