21240 fans braved the pouring rain at karpiu13. Christopher Tandstad was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ingwer Vitzethum and Sotaro Handa. Everyone was excited about the upcoming Dolnośląskie derby and the crowd was divided evenly. karpiu decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. The following players had been chosen: Monsen - Moroz, Gervasio, 弘云 (Hongyun) - Bailleul, Seller, Cifuentes, Rominten, Smittenaar - Šljuka, Roches.

Grzmot started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. Starters: Aldeia - Miró, Urtubia, Wivel - Van Geert, Haataja, Irigoyen, Smaga, Asaad - Kołaczek, Filipkiewicz.

Grzmot clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. The rain made it hard for players like G. Roches to show their technical control of the ball on this soggy day. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, A. Bailleul scored for karpiu putting them ahead 1 - 0, after 16 minutes. I. Roczon was called on to replace karpiu's A. Bailleul after 20 minutes following a nasty collision. With 28 minutes played, R. Smittenaar could have brought this one home for karpiu as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but P. Šljuka showed great heart and had a good game. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of karpiu to 2 - 0 as R. Smittenaar finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. M. Smaga caught everyone by surprise with a unexpected volley after 35 minutes. E. Van Geert was perfectly placed to take advantage of the play, but unfortunately, he was as surprised as anyone and couldn't finish for Grzmot. Grzmot had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. With 36 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock, Grzmot showed some good skill and were able to reduce the score to 2 - 1 when B. Filipkiewicz got past the home side's central defenders right in front of the goal. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to karpiu, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

The Grzmot players listened closely to their manager, as he gave new tactical instructions for the team. Smaga almost scored the equaliser for Grzmot after 61 minutes, but T. Monsen made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. After 67 minutes Grzmot's A. Irigoyen contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. karpiu managed to extend their lead to 3 - 1 when I. Roczon cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The referee showed Grzmot's E. Wivel the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. With 82 minutes played, karpiu put themselves up 4 - 1 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to I. Roczon, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. karpiu had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.

Most important karpiu player was H. Seller. However, I. Roczon made a disastrous appearance. Grzmot's top performer was clearly M. Kołaczek. I. Miró on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
