Today, Staszki's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of Staszki's G. Apicella after 3 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. 7 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as V. Filomeno finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Some fine movement on the left led to a Staszki goal after 23 minutes, making it 0 - 3. P. Kozionov was noted down as the scorer. It was 0 - 3 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Staszki, with 59 percent of the ball.

After 55 minutes, the Staszki players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. P. Kozionov of Staszki took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 55 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 4. By now, the players in Staszki felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile V. Filomeno. Players in Staszki heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. The home crowd was not impressed when V. Filomeno came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 83 minutes. Staszki were now up 0 - 6. With 84 minutes played, F. Danielczyk of Staszki fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Staszki coach let K. Bystrowski replace H. Białokozowicz after 85 minutes. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, G. Neuwied got himself booked. The manager of WL was not happy. L. Svensson dispatched a majestic long shot 87 minutes into the match, but missed the goal by a few metres. Staszki were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. A drive down the left side allowed V. Filomeno to get in close and score another goal for Staszki after 88 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 7. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for V. Filomeno. Staszki enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

M. Goess performed admirably for WL. J. Lecona on the other hand, had a terrible day. Staszki's top performer was clearly V. Filomeno. F. Danielczyk was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 7.
