(387506658)

05-08-2012 11.35
Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 12900 to
Arena B.
Luís Sá was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Henri Fontaine and
Marcelo Junchaya.
Temat started off with a 3-5-2 lineup.
They fielded: Bizet - Castro, Ferrier, Yahşi - Liljeroos, Pędzik, Gritti, Viirola, Podstawski - Nipoti, Szczurek.
KMIR tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination.
The following players had been chosen: Tufano - Ghroubi, Campillo, Mora Aragon - Armati, Trusiak, Benza, Özal, Neves Pinto - Salik, Scognamillo.
Temat seemed to prefer attacking in the middle.
The wings were the focus of most of KMIR's attacks today.
Temat's
J. Viirola tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders.
Temat created a good opportunity to score 15 minutes into the match when
W. Ferrier's hooked ball from the left created a scuffle in front of the goal, and the visitors' defenders had a hard time clearing the ball.
After the game, the most discussed event will probably be the penalty given after 17 minutes that gave the visitors the 0 - 1 lead. Despite the controversy,
J. Trusiak struck home the penalty, as cool as anything.
KMIR were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings.
J. Bizet got a fingertip on
B. Özal's shot from the left 25 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal.
Temat's
J. Viirola got himself booked for a foul.
Halftime score was 0 - 1.
KMIR had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.
J. Campillo increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2.
With 68 minutes played, the Temat coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around.
J. Makoś came on,
M. Podstawski had to leave the fray.
X. Benza wanted to play on, but the KMIR coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 70 minutes into the game by
L. Tlustý.
M. Scognamillo of KMIR was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
R. Salik left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 75 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead.
L. Bacchetti was the replacement.
Temat's
A. Pędzik cut towards the middle after 81 minutes, receiving a brilliant pass and slicing through the visiting team's central defence, reducing the lead to 1 - 2.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Temat, with 52 percent of the ball.
Temat's top performer was clearly
F. Nipoti.
K. Yahşi turned in a dismal performance, however.
The most dominating KMIR player was without a doubt
M. Scognamillo.
C. Mora Aragon on the other hand, had a terrible day.
The match ends 1 - 2.
