Clear skies welcomed the 12000 spectators who had made their way to Kungsvallen. Franz Peterhans was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Linus L. Toresson and Marcin Hytroś. Sune tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. They fielded: Ömo - Rahmani, Skoglind, Läferberg, Tomczyk - Alexandersson, Eggstål, Ångstad, Robertsson - Flamsten, Robertsson.

Bollarna started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. Starters: Bolão - Robertsson, Abrashin, Mathiasson - Obreja, Bortolotti, Månbrant, Paggetti, Šelinga - van Sloten, Fodor.

Bollarna took the lead 2 minutes into the game, making the score 0 - 1 after some elegant movement down the middle. C. Obreja was the scorer. P. Paggetti received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 3 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Bollarna fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. 8 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 3 as R. Fodor finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. After 14 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave R. Fodor a chance to increase the lead for Bollarna, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 4. Confident in their lead, Bollarna's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The referee showed Sune's T. Robertsson the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. After 32 minutes Sune's K. Tomczyk limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Bollarna's H. van Sloten excelled in some fine tricks that completely confused M. Skoglind - and the finish was no less spectacular - 0 - 5! It was 0 - 5 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to Bollarna, who controlled the ball 82 percent of the time.

D. Šelinga neatly controlled the ball after a short corner, and knocked it on to D. Abrashin who had the whole net open before him, but only managed to hit the post. After 74 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for H. van Sloten who increased Bollarna's lead to 0 - 6. The visitors' J. Bortolotti took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 77 minutes into the match. 0 - 7 for Bollarna. After 82 minutes, Bollarna's R. Fodor burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 8. At that, R. Fodor was noted down for a hat trick! R. Fodor of Bollarna took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 84 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 9. With 87 minutes played, Bollarna put themselves up 0 - 10 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was J. Månbrant. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Bollarna, with 85 percent of the ball.

Sune's best player was L. Eggstål. However, D. Ömo made a disastrous appearance. Bollarna's top performer was clearly R. Fodor. A. Robertsson was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 10.
