Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Kylören FC Arena saw a crowd turnout of 40466. Kylören were relying on their ability to counter-attack. With 8 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as I. Kjellwald flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave E. Torsson from Exorcisterna a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 11 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Exorcisterna had to make a substitution after 29 minutes. G. Bengtsson limped off the field and was replaced by L. Wahlborg. After 32 minutes, I. Kjellwald put Kylören ahead 2 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. 40 minutes in, Exorcisterna appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only wretched. Exorcisterna's L. Wahlborg was shown a yellow card after 41 minutes for slicing down an opponent. I. Kjellwald was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so Kylören's G. Iskvist had to come off the bench. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Kylören scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for A. Bozhilov after 43 minutes. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Kylören, with 64 percent of the ball.

A review of the gameplan helped Exorcisterna get back to a passable organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. With 55 minutes played, Kylören put themselves up 4 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to G. Falkmar, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Kylören increased the lead as G. Iskvist struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. By now, the players in Kylören felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. A great save by keeper J. Bertelsen after 69 minutes kept the visitors in the game after F. Kylören claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

Kylören's top performer was clearly B. Jonasson. G. Iskvist turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Exorcisterna player was without a doubt E. Torsson. On the other hand, K. Husseiny's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 0.
