Szolár tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. After a fine move down the middle A. Dadashi nearly gave the home side a goal after 30 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. It was 0 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Thellman, with 65 percent of the ball.

The guests took the lead 52 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in M. Altmann scoring to make it 0 - 1. H. Hitz of Thellman received a yellow card after 62 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. 69 minutes into the match, Thellman's Z. Almsjö maneuvered his way around the opposition on the left flank, delighting the crowd with his twists and turns. The effort paid off as the ball found the back of the net, evening the score at 1 - 1. 72 minutes into the game, Y. Clergeot had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. The game was close to savage at times, and Thellman's H. Hitz received a second yellow card after 75 minutes; his ticket out of the game. Thellman claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.

M. Falkblad performed admirably for Thellman. F. Shirazisiddiq on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating HARRIBOYS player was without a doubt R. Bespyatykh. D. Lagerberg turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 1 - 1.
