The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 16000 had shown up at Gorgoroth
for the match. Leopoldo Zarzur
was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Clemente Malgioglio
and Christopherus Eschingen
Morgoths decided to use a 3-5-2 set up.
The following players had been chosen: Lagarrigue - Kresta, Müssig, Bouwer - Kostecki, Polito, Segal, Einy, Sobral - Hong, Flück.

Starters: Erhard - Prems, Erskine, Jiménez - Anisimov, Gustavsson, Prantl, Eisemann, Briceño - Salmè, Koech.
Morgoths took a creative approach on the field.
Odensala were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks.
Morgoths made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left H. Hong
completely alone with keeper R. Erhard
, who made a spectacular block.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave G. Polito
from Morgoths a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 24 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
Odensala's J. Briceño
managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 31 minutes. 0 - 1.
was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Morgoths's M. Kresta
managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 1 - 1
Morgoths's T. Einy
tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders.
1 - 1 was the score after the first half.

got left behind when Odensala's S. Salmè
made a sudden run forward after 53 minutes, finishing off with a neat strike. 2 - 2!
Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 55 minutes into the match, and O. Eisemann
wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 2 - 3 for the visitors.
Attacking on the wings was the choice for Odensala, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack.
Had it not been for one of the home defenders, J. Briceño
would have put Odensala up another goal 60 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing.
Some fine passing in the middle of the pitch, carving open the away defence, should have led to a goal for Morgoths, but D. Müssig
's shot went over the bar.
The crowd roared in delight as D. Müssig
finished off a spectacular series of passes through the middle to even the score for Morgoths 72 minutes into the match. 3 - 3.
Odensala claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.
Morgoths's top performer was clearly J. Flück
However, D. Müssig
made a disastrous appearance.
The most dominating Odensala player was without a doubt S. Erskine
turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 3 - 3.
