Clear skies welcomed the 36998 spectators who had made their way to p89 IP. Lilien placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. 37 minutes into the match, p89's D. Diacon maneuvered his way around the opposition on the left flank, delighting the crowd with his twists and turns. The effort paid off as the ball found the back of the net, evening the score at 1 - 1. With 38 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 2 - 1 lead as K. Mowat flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. 39 minutes in, p89's J. Tung received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Halftime score was 2 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by p89, with 53 percent of the ball.

Always quick on his feet, p89's K. Mowat sped down the field after 58 minutes, but his pass to J. Tung was just a bit too far ahead for him to get a good shot off. X. Lilien finished off a quick charge from the left of the field by chipping the ball just past the home side's keeper, making the score 2 - 2 68 minutes into the match. p89 took the lead after 69 minutes as a result of K. Mowat's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 3 - 2. After 74 minutes Wimbledon's A. Arnáez limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Possession in this half belonged to p89, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

Most important p89 player was T. Neto. On the other hand, K. Wojtasiński's play was disheartening. The most dominating Wimbledon player was without a doubt D. Zol. G. Paulides was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 2.
