After 22 minutes of play, Comera's J. Brassier unexpectedly struck an inside out ball from no angle at all and F. Thorsen slotted it into the net for 2 - 0. 23 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as A. Svantesson broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for Comera. M. Payzın increased Comera's lead to 4 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. Confident in their lead, Comera's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Comera managed to extend their lead to 5 - 0 when M. Payzın cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. After 32 minutes, Comera's À. Noguerol fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Comera, with 73 percent of the ball.

Although the whole team were struggling to impress, PRIMA's G. Bottini was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 48 minutes. S. Nowakowski was given a chance to change things around. Cheers filled the stadium as A. Svantesson broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to Comera. With 50 minutes played, the PRIMA coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. C. Bregoli came on, A. Pereira had to leave the fray. The bench was restless, and with 53 minutes passed PRIMA's coach gave T. Argiriou the opportunity the player had been hoping for. O. Dinică reluctantly left the field. 55 minutes into the match Comera's H. Otaola head butted an opponent nastily, and so the referee sent him off immediately. After 61 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by M. Payzın might have resulted in another goal for Comera. However, J. Svanander made a spectacular save. F. Thorsen of Comera was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. À. Noguerol had a fantastic opportunity to put Comera up another goal 79 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Comera scored another to make it 7 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for S. Grosics after 83 minutes. Comera claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 77 percent.

À. Noguerol performed admirably for Comera. S. Grosics on the other hand, had a terrible day. PRIMA's top performer was clearly D. Dieli. S. Nowakowski turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 7 - 0.
