This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when T. Andreassen slipped through the defence on the right to come up alone against D. de la Croix, but the home side's keeper showed his lightning reflexes. Ballers took the lead after 22 minutes making the score 0 - 1. M. Bite placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. 23 minutes into the game, B Elite seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. D. de la Croix got a fingertip on E. Ortu's shot from the left 32 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Good work by the B Elite defensive line after 33 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found R. Vanhengel alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. E. Ortu increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2. A defender managed to keep the ball from crossing the goal-line after a curling shot coming in from the right from C. Gaudisseur after 36 minutes, and prevented Ballers from going up another goal. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Ballers enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 89 percent of possession.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that B Elite had solid organisation. After 47 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for V. Lulli who increased Ballers's lead to 0 - 3. Confident in their lead, Ballers's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. M. Bite wanted to play on, but the Ballers coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 70 minutes into the game by L. Boizard. 72 minutes into the game, B Elite had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to inadequate. The home crowd was not impressed when K. Strauss came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 77 minutes. Ballers were now up 0 - 4. With 78 minutes played, Ballers put themselves up 0 - 5 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was C. Gaudisseur. The visitors nearly scored again after 79 minutes, but a superb save by D. de la Croix kept T. Andreassen's free kick out of the net. 85 minutes in, B Elite appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only inadequate. E. Ortu received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 86 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 6. The Ballers fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Ballers had most of the ball, with 89 percent of possession.

B Elite's top performer was clearly N. Adam. However, D. de la Croix made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Ballers player was without a doubt K. Strauss. L. Boizard on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 6.
