REAL80 clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. Gour saw most attack opportunities on the wings. L. Molloy could have put REAL80 into the lead after 3 minutes, but the free kick went just wide. With 28 minutes played L. Molloy almost gave the home side the lead with an unexpected free kick set up, but the visitors' B. Salenko was onto it, grabbing the would be breakthrough ball. With 36 minutes played, S. Klomp of Gour fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 41 minutes of the match played, and a comedy of errors by the home side gave the visitors a chance at the lead, but T. Agostinis, after finding himself dashing down on goal from the left with only the keeper to beat, sliced his shot horribly wide. REAL80 fans held their breath as G. Parvin scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to REAL80, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

Attacking on the wings was the choice for Gour, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. 58 minutes into the game REAL80 managed a counterattack, but J. Odewald took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper. REAL80 solidified their lead at the 79 minute mark, as P. Gacias dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. After 80 minutes, REAL80 were awarded a free kick. Rather than shooting straight at goal, the taker went for an indirect variant which seemed to take his team mates a bit by surprise. P. Gacias did attempt a finish, but from an awkward position, sending the ball into the away fans. REAL80 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

The most dominating REAL80 player was without a doubt P. Gacias. O. Kurmis turned in a dismal performance, however. Gour's top performer was clearly C. von Mecklenburg. On the other hand, B. Salenko's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 0.
