Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 9401 to SAN SERE HAMADAN. Sampsa Pyyry was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Guillaume Chazeau and Walter Barresi. Asef of CASPIAN seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 1 - 1 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by M. Ghondouzi. HAMADAN.FC took the lead 21 minutes in, as L. Mathieu broke through on the left and put the 2 - 1 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. CASPIAN had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in HAMADAN.FC's D. Nuovo increasing the lead to 3 - 1. At this point, it was obvious that the players of HAMADAN.FC lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 3 - 1 was the halftime score. HAMADAN.FC claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

The coach of HAMADAN.FC was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 55 minutes, D. Yurtsever came on for J. Errigoitia. Things were deteriorating for the away team as HAMADAN.FC scored another to make it 4 - 1 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for M. Anafcheh after 65 minutes. G.
