Vyvial took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper. S. Buch did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch. BBK took the lead 15 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as K. Ulbæk elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in BBK's P. Ðorđević increasing the lead to 2 - 0. At this point, it was obvious that the players of BBK lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. It was 2 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by BBK, with 65 percent of the ball.

Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Lamme`s's S. Fuster was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 50 minutes. A. Mpougiouklis was given a chance to change things around. Lamme`s needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 60 minutes G. Tabi made way for L. Hove. After 64 minutes, Lamme`s switched S. Buch with J. Duus, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. BBK's L. Padkjær saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 65 minutes. The referee showed BBK's P. Ðorđević the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. S. Saks could have put BBK up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 78 minutes. Lamme`s almost scored after a counterattack 79 minutes into the match, but J. Duus took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. L. Padkjær should probably have put his team up another goal after 81 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by W. Fugiel kept the visitors in the game. BBK enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 65 percent of possession.

The most dominating BBK player was without a doubt L. Padkjær. However, P. Ðorđević made a disastrous appearance. Lamme`s's top performer was clearly D. Petersen. J. Duus was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 0.
