The wings were the focus of most of Skovmand's attacks today. F. Stuhr-Ellegaard got left behind when Skovmand's M. Riis made a sudden run forward after 2 minutes, finishing off with a neat strike. 1 - 0! An equalising goal seemed certain after 10 minutes when B. Brøgger attacked down the left wing, but L. Lippert just managed to make a save to keep the ball out of the net. The referee showed Brønshøj's K. Jochumsen the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Brønshøj, with 53 percent of the ball.

With 62 minutes played, Skovmand put themselves up 2 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to M. Riis, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. A lovely run by Brønshøj's H. Berendtsen left his markers for dead and should have resulted in a goal, but the finish went just wide. The home team's fans were upset when, after 64 minutes, the visiting N. Thanh Lam broke through the central defence and kicked the ball past the keeper. 2 - 1 was the score. Brønshøj levelled the score after 82 minutes to make it 2 - 2, as N. Castberg struck home after a fine midfield combination through the centre, which left him completely unmarked. Brønshøj had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.

M. Riis performed admirably for Skovmand. However, H. Krøldrup made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Brønshøj player was without a doubt B. Brøgger. H. Berendtsen turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 2.
