Tuborg almost scored after a counterattack 11 minutes into the match, but M. Phieler
took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net.
received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 25 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Dolle fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early.
The players of Dolle now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle.

Tuborg's counterattacks created a good chance for C. Eceşan
on the right after 61 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar.
After 63 minutes Dolle's T. Pezinho
limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue.
