The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Steelers, with 51 percent of the ball.

The Steelers players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. Steelers's best player was K. Ziezenis. P. Iudica turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Eintracht player was without a doubt M. Bjerrum. On the other hand, O. Trasborg's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 1.
