(389448356)

19-08-2012 16.00
It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 24740 that came out to
Marsbar Arena.
Daniel Barker was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Frédéric Montreuil and
Tobias Scheck.
A 3-4-3 alignment was the formation of choice for BKFR.
The following players took the field: El-Tariq - Ingenito, Marcolin, Olsen - Majgier, Troste, Haytham, Jessen - Saksager, Søndergaard, Haandbæk.
Ingrid tactics involved an interesting 4-5-1 combination.
They fielded: Caspersen - Yarlık, Cappai, Lang, Bernhardswinkel - Ancarani, Pesce, Guinea, Roth, Raasakka - Maison.
Good work by the Ingrid defensive line after 3 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found
R. Roth alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide.
23 minutes into the match and the home team took a 1 - 0 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for BKFR was
A. Haandbæk.
After 24 minutes, BKFR's
G. Troste fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit!
Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile
P. Søndergaard.
BKFR's
A. Haandbæk was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 39 minutes.
BKFR's
N. Saksager swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball.
43 minutes in, Ingrid's
M. Guinea received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first.
44 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
P. Søndergaard broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for BKFR.
The referee showed Ingrid's
R. Cappai the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
G. Troste was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so BKFR's
J. Tøgersen had to come off the bench.
S. Haytham almost put BKFR ahead another goal when he curled a free kick over the defensive wall and almost into the net, but the visitors' keeper got there just in time to knock it wide.
Halftime score was 2 - 0.
BKFR enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.
Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Ingrid's
L. Ancarani was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 62 minutes.
V. Madunić was given a chance to change things around.
The sunny day didn't make things easy for
M. Yarlık who didn't seem his usual powerful self on the pitch.
After 68 minutes BKFR's
A. Haandbæk limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue.
The score became 3 - 0 at 72 minutes into the game, when BKFR were given a penalty which
S. Haytham blasted straight down the middle giving the keeper no chance!
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
N. Jessen from BKFR a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 76 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
After 77 minutes BKFR's
H. El-Tariq contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game.
BKFR claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.
The most dominating BKFR player was without a doubt
A. Haandbæk.
However,
J. Tøgersen made a disastrous appearance.
Most important Ingrid player was
M. Lang.
V. Madunić turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 3 - 0.
