Paiva fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! Titans's R. Granja made a successful breakthrough on the left after 41 minutes and should have levelled the score, but instead he clipped it over the bar. 1 - 2 was the halftime score. Titans claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

71 minutes into the game, R. Granja came close to levelling the score with a dangerous shot from the centre of the area that went just over the bar. After 75 minutes of play, R. Granja equalised for Titans after an elegant attack from the right. Titans broke through on the left 81 minutes into the game, with C. Paiva firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 3 - 2 lead. Titans enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 61 percent of possession.

Titans's top performer was clearly R. Granja. J. Grønlie on the other hand, had a terrible day. M. Vianna performed admirably for gone. On the other hand, E. Coazo's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 2.
