Frisgaard came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Legends the lead. After 41 minutes, a long pass from Legends's T. Bom caught the defence out of position. L. Corfixen collected the ball, and with the goal at his mercy calmly rolled the ball just inside the post. 2 - 0. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their M. Gichure reduced the lead to make it 2 - 1 after 44 minutes, following a pass from the right. The referee showed Alvarged's G. Hede the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Legends's G. Wang got himself booked for a foul. 2 - 1 was the halftime score. Alvarged enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

The visiting team's S. Eskesen was able to score the 2 - 2 equaliser with a header 62 minutes into the match, after some good work on the right. Some great play up the middle by Legends led to a chance for G. Wang to score after 64 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. Making his way up the middle 69 minutes into the match, T. Bom almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert I. Harding blocked it to keep the score level. After 72 minutes, Alvarged put themselves up 2 - 3, as M. Andreassen finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. Possession in this half belonged to Alvarged, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

Most important Legends player was K. Bødker. K. Aberle turned in a dismal performance, however. I. Harding performed admirably for Alvarged. On the other hand, P. Staal's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 3.
