Hotshot were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. Calderfax's P. Marvits got himself booked for a foul. The guests almost went up by a goal after 36 minutes when A. Berg came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. S. Rysgaard of Hotshot was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. T. Engberg had a good opportunity to give Hotshot the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. After 40 minutes, Hotshot put themselves up 0 - 1, as M. Mørup finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. With 41 minutes played, A. Berg of Hotshot fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. J. Falk's lack of experience almost gave Calderfax a goal after 42 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. With 43 minutes played, Hotshot's R. Bjørn missed a penalty when the keeper made a premature dive in the right direction, and palmed the ball out of the way. It was 0 - 1 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Hotshot, with 64 percent of the ball.

Encouraged by their lead, after 64 minutes the Hotshot coach asked J. Falk to change positions with T. Engberg. A. Berg left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 65 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. H. Holt was the replacement. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Hotshot coach let S. Rosenkilde replace T. Engberg after 65 minutes. D. Primdal was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Hotshot's M. Mørup managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 0 - 2 R. Bjørn wanted to play on, but the Hotshot coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 75 minutes into the game by K. Klærke. K. Klærke became the new Hotshot captain. It was obvious that Hotshot had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. Some fine movement on the left led to a Hotshot goal after 87 minutes, making it 0 - 3. J. Hemmingsen was noted down as the scorer. A scuffle developed as players from both sides clashed following a tussle in the centre of the field 88 minutes into the match. After regaining order and consulting his linesman, the referee called Calderfax's T. Nogły to one side and produced a red card for the player. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, H. Tygesen got himself booked. The manager of Calderfax was not happy. Hotshot's J. Hemmingsen made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 89 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. Hotshot claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.

H. Tygesen performed admirably for Calderfax. A. Ahmed turned in a dismal performance, however. Hotshot's best player was K. Møllebjerg. However, K. Klærke made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 3.
