Due to an all-day shower, 12000 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Jidd Hafs Stadium. Possession was split evenly between the teams.

The muddy pitch made the game a gritty affair, which seemed to suit K. Al hamdaan just fine. After 74 minutes of game time, J. Sayadi had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but F. Al Sulaiti was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. Jidd's S. Al Khalifa got himself booked for a foul. Tranquilo's opponents know to be wary of I. Al Muraikhai's speed, but it made little difference as he flew past the defence 79 minutes into the game. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive! Jidd's R. Al Harbai put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored to make the score 2 - 2 with 84 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock. Tranquilo claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

M. Kalani performed admirably for Jidd. On the other hand, F. Al Sulaiti's play was disheartening. The most dominating Tranquilo player was without a doubt M. Abedzadeh. 黄. 安波 (Anbo) was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 2.
