He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 3, 72 minutes into the game. After this, you could see that the players of Club were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 77 minutes into the game, Club worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Rayados's fans were urging them forward as they tried to get back into the game, and their vocal support was rewarded 78 minutes into the match as B. Demortier ran onto a beautiful ball played through the visitors' defence and slotted it past the keeper to reduce the deficit. 1 - 3. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Rayados's S. Schintu was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 85 minutes. E. Muñoz was given a chance to change things around. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Rayados, with 54 percent of the ball.

Rayados's best player was E. Kuil. However, E. Muñoz made a disastrous appearance. M. Suárez performed admirably for Club. On the other hand, E. Larios's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 3.
