Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 12000 at Masacotes Stadium today. Grégoire Mouillet was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Flyn Vandeputte and Sabir Al-Sulaiman. Chcontepec tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. JUANINES clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 4 minutes into the match, and G. De Lira wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. After 8 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for O. Tibagi who increased JUANINES's lead to 0 - 2. J. Naranjo challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 12 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it. After 19 minutes, JUANINES's K. Bryda burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 3. A drive down the left side allowed K. Bryda to get in close and score another goal for JUANINES after 30 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 4. The players of JUANINES now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Chcontepec's F. Rodríguez Mazo was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 31 minutes. Chcontepec supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to F. Rodríguez Mazo who reduced the visitors' lead after 38 minutes to 1 - 4. It was 1 - 4 at the break. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

Chcontepec's N. Núñez found himself alone on the left side 50 minutes into the match and laid down a perfect shot - right into the arms of the keeper! H. Szafarczyk stunned the crowd with a brilliant counterattack from the left, giving JUANINES the goal to make it 1 - 5. P. Dunn of JUANINES received a yellow card after 53 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. S. Espadañero's speed is always a threat when he gets a little room to move, and 69 minutes into the match was no different as he broke free of his man to send a delightful through ball to K. Bryda who knocked it in for JUANINES. 1 - 6! That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for K. Bryda. Chcontepec enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.

Chcontepec's top performer was clearly J. Infante. A. Camerena turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating JUANINES player was without a doubt G. De Lira. However, K. Baesi made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 6.
