Scheichl almost managed to score another goal for Poshboys, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Poshboys to 2 - 0 as C. Vagasky finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Poshboys's J. Hutmann increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 30 minutes. T. Terryn spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch. The visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 33 minutes, due to a defensive blunder leaving A. Sčislák completely unmarked. His strike was pathetic though, easy prey for the home side's keeper. It was 3 - 0 at the break. Poshboys enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

After 54 minutes, T. Terryn put Poshboys ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Poshboys lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. C. Sassoli didn't let the weather get him down and made some great moves on the pitch in spite of the rain. Poshboys's T. Terryn left the field after 61 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was R. Katenstück. A well-executed free kick by C. Vagasky after 63 minutes made it 5 - 0 for Poshboys. C. Sassoli had a fantastic opportunity to put Poshboys up another goal 67 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. With 68 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of Aycaramba resulted in a counterattack that set C. della Faille free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. The Poshboys players could smell victory in the air. S. Spompato wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for H. Fairley after 89 minutes. Poshboys claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

The most dominating Poshboys player was without a doubt J. Hutmann. However, H. Fairley made a disastrous appearance. Most important Aycaramba player was R. Bierhoff. M. Westh on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 0.
