Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 37599 at
Pies' Monsters Arena today.
Mbeng Limbeng was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Mogens Morris and
Bert Jan Adriaans.
Monsters started off with a 3-5-2 lineup.
Starters: Soares Figueiredo - Trovisco, Fontenot, Rizzoli - Orsós, Dammers, Orosz, Fromesta, Gusovius - Mateos Romero, Kola.
Dynamo had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation.

Monsters took the lead 8 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as
F. Mateos Romero elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar.
L. Bartko tied the game at 1 - 1 after 9 minutes, when he converted an incredible pass from the right.
After 19 minutes Monsters's
T. Fontenot limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue.
After 30 minutes, Dynamo's
D. Vercraeye made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 1 - 2.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
F. Mateos Romero from Monsters a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 40 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
It was 1 - 2 at the break.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Dynamo, with 51 percent of the ball.
Monsters's
P. Trovisco had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 49 minutes having been played.
J. Lübbing was the replacement.

Y. Kola went down looking for a penalty after a challenge from the visitors' right fullback, but the referee waved play on, and later warned him for diving.
The crowd was on its feet 73 minutes into the match, as Monsters's
T. Fontenot found himself unmarked in front of the goal after a dash up the left side. He calmly put away the 2 - 2 equaliser.
74 minutes into the match, the Dynamo manager wanted to try a new tactic, and the players loyally obliged.
