Malin's M. Amiel managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 6 minutes. 0 - 1. Halftime score was 0 - 1. Malin had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

P. Kerridge showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 72 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. After 74 minutes, M. Muntinga sent the corner kick right to D. Consolas who headed it sharply past the keeper. 1 - 2! After 75 minutes, P. Kerridge made a dash down the middle past the away team's defenders to score the goal that made it 2 - 2. 80 minutes of the match played, and a comedy of errors by the home side gave the visitors a chance at the lead, but M. Muntinga, after finding himself dashing down on goal from the left with only the keeper to beat, sliced his shot horribly wide. It might be a while before the fans see Malin's M. Muntinga again, after he had to leave the field in great distress at the 81 minute mark. He was replaced by R. Falklund. J. Macas became the new Malin captain. The terraces were silenced after 84 minutes when Malin's S. Mitov put the guests ahead 2 - 3, following an attack on the right. Malin claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 57 percent.

V. Balogh performed admirably for Backhanders. However, A. Rust made a disastrous appearance. Malin's top performer was clearly N. Kaselis. F. Groth on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 3.
