Bassegoda, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Flower breathed new life into the game with an opportunity to reduce the score after 34 minutes, but the home side's defenders cleared the ball on the line, after a long shot coming in from the left rebounded off the crossbar. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Beppesboys's J. Gillissen increasing the lead to 3 - 0. The corner kick from M. Huygen was powerfully met by the head of A. Veratti to make the score 3 - 1. After 38 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Flower found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to passable. Beppesboys increased the lead as D. Casco struck to make the score 4 - 1 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. It was 4 - 1 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Beppesboys, with 61 percent of the ball.

Flower had to make a substitution after 69 minutes. M. Huygen limped off the field and was replaced by R. Bendik. 74 minutes into the match, Flower replied and reduced the lead to 6 - 3. G. Liwoch scored on a marvellous cross pass coming in from the left. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Beppesboys coach let J. Richart replace D. Casco after 75 minutes. The referee showed Flower's G. Liwoch the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Possession in this half belonged to Beppesboys, who controlled the ball 61 percent of the time.

Beppesboys's top performer was clearly J. Richart. A. Leuthardt turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Flower player was without a doubt B. Justesen. R. Bendik was a disappointment, however. The match ends 6 - 3.
