Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 28519 at het Trollenhol today. René Maunier was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stefano Weller and Ulrich Roos. Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 5 minutes into the match left Kopstoot's S. van Baerle completely free to score. 0 - 1 for the visitors. E. Hernández could have put his team up another goal 35 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. Some fine movement on the left led to a Kopstoot goal after 39 minutes, making it 0 - 2. J. Lucidarme was noted down as the scorer. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Kopstoot lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, J. van Delft got himself booked. The manager of T-Trollen was not happy. With 41 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed J. de Hundt of Kopstoot to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 3. Kopstoot's E. Hernández was shown a yellow card after 42 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

The home crowd cheered when, after 58 minutes, B. Dobrzykowski's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. T-Trollen's S. Kovacs managed a superb strike from the left after 84 minutes that would have left goalkeeper N. Yep without a chance, had it not hit the post. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by T-Trollen, with 51 percent of the ball.

The most dominating T-Trollen player was without a doubt S. Kovacs. J. Guggi on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Kopstoot player was J. Lucidarme. H. Zwetsloot turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 3.
