After 30 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Samamowi found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to solid. 34 minutes into the game, Samamowi seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to solid. After 35 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave P. Kadijk a chance to increase the lead for Amsterdam, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 3. K. Klijn of Amsterdam received a yellow card after 37 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. With 38 minutes played, Amsterdam put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was K. van Essen. 40 minutes into the game, Samamowi had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to inadequate. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by T. Hoeltzenbein. At last, Amsterdam's K. van Essen was able to backheel the ball in. 0 - 5. Confident in their lead, Amsterdam's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. 43 minutes into the match, K. van Essen came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. The Samamowi players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. Samamowi's F. Gómez was shown a yellow card after 73 minutes for slicing down an opponent. D. Štědrý neatly controlled the ball after a short corner, and knocked it on to R. Cloo who had the whole net open before him, but only managed to hit the post. Possession in this half belonged to Amsterdam, who controlled the ball 61 percent of the time.

Samamowi's best player was J. Solano. B. Besemer was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Amsterdam player was without a doubt B. Lundager. R. Cloo turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 5.
