Schikofsky came close to extending the lead 14 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but F. Geitenbeek managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. A great save by keeper F. Geitenbeek after 20 minutes kept the visitors in the game after J. Schikofsky struck from the left with a real cannonball. Halftime score was 3 - 0. GRUNN claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 91 percent.

A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of GRUNN to 4 - 0 as F. Grootendorst finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. After 62 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and S. Balyon gave the GRUNN supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 5 - 0. V. Czóbel should probably have put his team up another goal after 73 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by F. Geitenbeek kept the visitors in the game. GRUNN's C. Karres was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 75 minutes. F. Cannaruolo unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. N. GRUNN's best player was A. Kardaś. On the other hand, C. Karres's play was disheartening. The most dominating Zijtaardia player was without a doubt M. Pelleboer. A. Blau on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 6 - 0.
