BB 5 - 1 FR12
(390350868)

29-07-2012 21.00
Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 28038 to
No Country for Old Men.
Jan Äijö was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Eddo Kreek and
Arnaud Desnoués.
BB had chosen a strategic 2-5-3 formation.
Lineup: Lefrançois - Ginoves, Delhomme - Charnock, Jusinger, Hardy, Patijn, Khrisanov - Moroi, van der Form, Benner.
FR12 tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
The following players took the field: Mizera - Tartaglino, Schmid, Bettinger, Colica - Brocks, Torringa, Câmpean, Houmøller - Kivinen, Gutjahr.
FR12 used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
P. Charnock got himself booked. The manager of BB was not happy.
FR12's
M. Colica placed the ball right at his teammate's feet after a corner, but
A. Tartaglino couldn't finish.
The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to
E. Jusinger, but the BB player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0!
BB increased the lead as
J. Ginoves struck to make the score 2 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
By now, the players in BB felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of BB to 3 - 0 as
D. Patijn finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle.
31 minutes in, BB's
D. Patijn received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
M. Colica from FR12 a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 32 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0.
Possession in this half belonged to BB, who controlled the ball 63 percent of the time.
BB solidified their lead at the 54 minute mark, as
J. Ginoves dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 0.
J. Torringa hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving FR12's
G. Schmid an easy chance to knock it in for 4 - 1.
BB's
A. Delhomme saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 64 minutes.
J. Ginoves struck a 30 metre free kick home 68 minutes into the match. 5 - 1 for the home team.
That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for
J. Ginoves.
74 minutes were showing on the scoreboard when BB's
D. Patijn received his second yellow card and was sent off.
BB enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.
The most dominating BB player was without a doubt
S. Moroi.
On the other hand,
P. Charnock's play was disheartening.
FR12's best player was
P. Câmpean.
A. Tartaglino was a disappointment, however.
The match ends 5 - 1.
